Announces After-Care/Extended Care

AfterCare:
The AfterCare program at CMS is designed to allow parents the opportunity to have a safe, fun and socially interactive place for their child from 11:30 to 2:00. You may choose to let students with older siblings that are dismissed at 2:30, remain in AfterCare the extra 30 minutes.

The children in AfterCare bring their lunch every day, have rest time, story time, playground fun, cooking, music and art activities.

Payments for AfterCare and Extended Care are due the first of the month in order to reserve your child’s space in the program. For parents who may have an occasional afternoon appointment, AfterCare can be used on a drop-in basis.

Space is available first-come, first served and a 24-hour notice is required.

We also offer Extended Care for currently enrolled students as a service to working parents who require care for children outside of the regular school hours.

Extended Care:
Extended Care is for working parents that would like to have their children stay at school until 6:00 PM every day. Students will have a snack, play outside on the playground and participate in art and cooking projects.
